Shipping Policy
We strive to process all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification with tracking details. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as emails may be filtered there.

In-Store Pickup
You can pick up order at 60 John Fair Drive, Milldale and skip shipping fees or at any of the markets we attend. Pick-up order usually ready within 1 to 3 business days.
Pickup times are by arrangement only. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up.
International Shipping
We will not offer international shipping in the nearest future. But we are working on that. Our apologies!
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
If you haven't received your order within 5 days after shipping confirmation, contact us at thepurplepeonynz@gmail.com including your name and order number. We'll investigate it.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thepurplepeonynz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. Every order you make means a world for us, and we don't want you to be upset. It also helps to monitor service of chosen courier. We handle such cases individually and will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
