WHY COFFEE AND CARDAMOM?

We start with single-origin Arabica beans, roasted to highlight sweet chocolate and caramel notes while retaining clarity in the filter extraction.

Into this base we fold the timeless spice of green cardamom — used for centuries in Middle Eastern coffee traditions. This spice brings citrus-mint brightness and floral warmth that pairs beautifully with coffee’s natural depth.

The result is a wonderfully balanced filter coffee experience — smooth, fragrant and inviting. The cardamom gently softens the edge of strong coffee, creating a brew that invites lingering moments.
